The net force acting on the box is zero.

In fact, the box does not move. According to Newton's second law, this means the resultant of the forces acting on the object is zero, because the acceleration of the object is zero:
\sum F = ma = 0
This also means that the reaction of the wall against the box is equal to the force of 10 N that pushes the box, in order to balance it and have a net force of zero. On the vertical axis instead, the weight of the box (mg) is balanced by the normal reaction of the floor.

The load across a 12-v battery consists of a series combination of three resistances are 15 ω, 21 ω, and 24 ω, respectively
VikaD [51]

The magnitude of the circuit current is 0.20 A. The value of the current in the circuit is found with the help of the ohm's law.

<h3>What is ohm’s law?</h3>

Ohm's law claims that the voltage across a conductor is directly proportional to the current flowing through it.

All the resistance combined in the series so that the equivalent resistance is;

\rm R_{eq}= R_1+R_2+R_3 \\\\  R_{eq}=15+21+24 \\\\ R_{eq}=60 \ ohm

This current-voltage connection may be expressed mathematically by the Ohm's Law;

V=IR

\rm I_{total} = \frac{V}{R_{total}} \\\\ \rm I_{total} = \frac{12}{60} \\\\ I_{total} = 0.20 \ A

Hence, the magnitude of the circuit current is 0.20 A.

A squirrel on a limb near the top of a tree loses its grip on a nut, so that the nut slips away horizontally at a speed of 1.5m/
tatiyna

Answer:

The height of the squirrel  h =113 \  m

Explanation:

From the question we are told that

    The horizontally speed is v  = 1.5 m/s

    The horizontal  distance d =  7.2 \ m

Generally the the time taken is mathematically represented

      t = \frac{d}{v}

=>   t = \frac{7.2}{1.5}

=>   t = 4.8 \  s

Generally from kinematic equation we have that

     h =  ut + \frac{1}{2} gt^2

Here u  is the initial velocity of nut in the vertical and the value is 0 m/s

     h =  0 * 4.8  + \frac{1}{2} * 9.8 * (4.8)^2

=>  h =113 \  m

A cabinet measures 1.20m by5m by75cm what is the volume
Misha Larkins [42]

Answer:

4.5

Explanation:

volume is length x breath x height

since 75 is in cm, we convert it to metre

= 0.75m

= 1.2m x 5m x 0.75m

=

4.5m {}^{3}
