Explanation:

Chad is a country in Africa located in the north-central of the continent. Islam and Christianity are among the most popular religions followed in the country. Some part of the population of Chad still practices and follows the indigenous religions and customs. The Muslim population of the country is concentrated in the northern and eastern part of Chad. The Christian population is concentrated in the southern part of Chad. Both religions are said to be the new religions in the country because they were popularized after the country got independence in 1960. which muslim empire-the umayyads, the ottomans, or the moguls-treated the non-muslim subjects the most fairly? the least fairly?
VladimirAG [237]

The Mongols treated the non-muslim subjects most fairly, while the Ottomans treated them the least fairly.

The Mongols were religiously tolerant because they conquered and rule through manpower rather than religion. The Ottomans were the least fair to non-muslims. It is close between the Umayyads and the Ottomans, but the only difference is the amount of discrimination (per se) held against non-muslims. While the Umayyads only had the jizya (tax paid if you were non-muslim), the Ottomans had distinctive restrictions on non-muslims. They had dress codes according to their religion and could only reside in neighborhoods who's residents were of the same religion (under the Ottomans).
