Answer:

Uranus is the only one that does not have a ring system.  The other planets have ring systems made of debris and ice, but Uranus does not.

All of the gas giants have ring systems... I did a quick check on some websites to make sure and all confirm that each one of the gas giants do indeed have ring systems. I hope that helps. :)
