The statement “All of the earth's life and weather exists within the stratosphere” is false. The answer is letter B. The answer is the troposphere. The first layer, troposphere, is where we are able to do most of our activities. This is where we can see the formation of clouds, the production of rain, hail, snow and other weather phenomenon. Also, this layer is where the greatest amount of air pressure because most of the molecules of air are in this area. Like us, air has also mass and the pressure is brought down by the earth’s gravity causing an increase in weight exerted on you as you descend lower into the atmosphere. So, as you enter into the other layers of atmosphere above the troposphere, the air pressure starts to decrease. <span>Below the atmosphere is the hydrosphere. And since the seawater has a greater mass than air, it has the greatest pressure.

You observe that a negatively charged plastic pen repels a chargedpiece of magic tape. You then observe that the same piece of t
swat32

According to the statement there is a force of repulsion between the two objects. Remember that two objects must have the same charge so that they repel each other. In this way if the tape is repelled by a plastic pen that is negatively charged, this allows us to appreciate that the tape is also negatively charged. Now if the tape repels the sphere, therefore the sphere is also negatively charged.

Under these considerations the correct answers would be

2. Sodium ions from the salt water on your hand moved onto the sphere

4. The excess negative charge from the sphere spread out all over your body

6. Electrons from the sphere moved into the salt water on your skin, where they reacted with sodium ions

7. After you touched it, the metal sphere was very nearly neutral.

Which of the following point towards the center of the circle in uniform circular motion?
Luba_88 [7]

Answer: E) Acceleration, net force

Explanation: In order to explain this problem we have to consirer that the uniform circulat motion has constant angular velocity (ω) and the vector velocity is changed its direction for any point that cover the circle but its modulus is contant and its value is v=ω*R.  In order to ensure these conditions, the net force also the accelaration called centripetal must point to the center of the circular trajectory.

In a game of tug of war, a rope is pulled by a force of 182 N to the right and by a force of 108 N to the left. Calculate the ma
Mrac [35]

Answer:

74 N to the right

Explanation:

the forces are going in opposite horizontal directions, meaning that they are directly opposing each other. this means that you can subtract the force applied in the direction that is greater from the direction that is less to get the net force for the greater direction

this means 182 N - 108 N = 74 N to the right
