He average price of a home in a neighborhood of mostly leased properties is $259,000. The average monthly rent is $2,500. One ho
Nat2105 [25]

Answer:

$290,080

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Average price = 259,000

Average monthly rent = 2500

Monthly rent of home = $2800

Gross Rent Multiplier = price per monthly rent

GRM = Price / monthly rent

The GRM = 259000 ÷ 2500

= $103.60

The price = GRM * Monthly rent

Price = $103.60 * $2800

Price = $290,080

Please help me im confused as heck
Gwar [14]
So they’re supplementary angles which means that they add up to 180°… The equation would be: 5w+1+7w-7=180

5w+1+7w-7=180 (combine like terms)
12w-6=180
+6 +6
12w=186
w=15.5

Im not sure what they’re asking for but if they’re asking for w, your answer is 15.5, if they’re asking for the angle measure on the left, your answer is 78.5° & if they’re asking for the angle measure on the right, your answer is 101.5° :) hope this helps

What is the volume of the following cylinder?
tigry1 [53]
If the diameter is 12, then its radius is half that, or 6.

\bf \textit{volume of a cylinder}\\\\
V=\pi r^2 h~~
\begin{cases}
r=radius\\
h=height\\
-----\\
r=6\\
h=15
\end{cases}\implies V=\pi (6)^2(15)\implies V=540\pi

Find the value of 5/32 divided by 25/4. show your reasoning
boyakko [2]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

we can use reciprocals to solve this

(5/32)/(25/4) = (5/32)*(4/25) = 20/(32*25) = 20/800 = 2/80 = 1/40 = .025

rewrite

so reciprocals is a method in which division can be turned into fractions which can be turned into multiplication

heres an example

x/2=0.5x

y/4=0.25y

so 0.5x/0.25y would be the same as (x/2)/(y/4) which can be converted to a reciprocal where it would look like (x/2)*(4/y) which makes our answer 4x/2y which we can simplify to 2x/y

same concept for (5/32)/(25/4), first we can make it into a reciprocal (note, reciprocal means just flipping one of the fractions and replacing the division sign as multiplication) by writing (5/32)*(4/25)

now we multiply numerator by numerator to get 20

and we multiply denominator by denominator to get 800

20/800 = 2/80 = 1/40
