The pie chart is a circular statistical graph , where the different portion in form of sectors on the circle showing the amount of different entities.

The angle covered by an entity is in the same proportion as its number is in ration to the total number of all the entities.

Hence

\frac{15}{90}=\frac{\theta}{360}\\\\\theta=\frac{15*360}{90}\\\theta=\frac{15*4}{1}\\\theta=60\\

Hence we will represent 60 degrees in order to represent 15 cars in our chart.
