Personally, I don't care what she is wearing, you don't have to have nice clothes to have a good personality. I'd say wear whatever you think would make you happy. Not just something that you think is kinda cute, but will second guess. Something that makes YOU feel GOOD about being in those clothes.
Unless it's a job interview, or an expensive restaraunt. Just wear an outfit that you feel like yourself in.
