They help lawmakers by performing some of their daily life activities. For example, to be focus and putting all their effort to create laws, they need people to help them by taking their kids to school, to organize their agenda, to organize their transportation and nourishment. Also, they need people to help them to carry out house work, errands and other activities that are time consuming and would distract them from legislate.
