Slope is given by formula :

$m=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}=\frac{-1-7}{2-6}=\frac{-8}{-4}=2$

Now plug m=2 and any point say (2,-1) into y=mx+b

-1=2*2+b

-1=4+b

-5=b

plug m=2 and y=-5 into y=mx+b

So the line passing through given points is y=2x-5

Hence any choice which is not equivalent or same as the obtained equation y=2x-5 will be the answer.
