If the programmer translates the following pseudocode to an actual programming language, a syntax error is likely to occur. Can
maxonik [38]

Answer:

if, then, else

Explanation:

you specified that if you enter award for 1st prize then it'll display 1st prize but you didnt specify what will happen if user does not enter 1st prize or what happens if 1st prize is not allocated. To me it looks like you got the 'if' and 'then' part correct but you dont have a 'else' part to it therefore it'll create an error when its not declared.

Refer to the method f:
Goshia [24]
<h2>This function will land up in infinite function call</h2>

Explanation:

first time when the function gets invoked,

f(6,8), so k=6 & n=8, inside the function it checks k==n, ie. 6==8, returns false, then one more if is available, so 6>8 is check for , once again it is false and else loop is executed, the function is called recursively using f(k-n,n), that is f(6-8,8), it means f(-2,8) is passed.

Second time,

if(-2==8) is false, so if(-2>8) is again false and function f(-10, 8) is called

if(-10==8) is false, so if(-10>8) is again false and function f(-18,8) is called

if(-18==8) is false, so if(-18>8) is again false and function f(-26,8) is called

So this goes recursively and ends in an infinite function call.

C++ question:
gogolik [260]
There's no "using namespace std;" statement. I see no reason for COLOR to be two dimensional or have a length of 5 with only four elements. The inside of the for loop with variable 'J' makes no sense.
