Answer:

An associate should continue to smile and try to be of some help in this type of situation.

Explanation: The customer might be frustrated because of the question they're about to ask the employee. Maybe if the employee helps with the question there frustration will end. :)

Answer: An associate should continue to smile and try to be of some help in this type of situation.

Explanation: As long as the customer is not being physically aggressive and is merely just rude, there is really no need to implement the other strategies. Also, being polite to the rude customer will help to diffuse the situation.

Hope this helps! :)

When Ralphie, Randy, Flick, and Schwartz hear Scut Farkas’ laugh, they experience fear. Complete the diagram below for this exam
Alinara [238K]

The situation described is an example of classical conditioning because a stimulus (Scut Farkas laughs) causes a specific reaction (fear in the other characters)

What is classical conditioning?

Classical conditioning is a scientific theory that focused on the study of a type of associative learning developed by Ivan Pávlov.

Classical conditioning posits that an external stimulus can generate a specific response in an individual or group depending on whether it has associated both factors, for example:

 • A dog makes a response (in this case, salivation) to a stimulus (the bell indicating food). The next time he heard the bell, regardless of whether it was attached to the food, he would begin to salivate.

Based on the above, it can be inferred that the situation described is an example of classical conditioning because the characters associate Scut Farkas' laughter with a feeling of fear.

We can calculate that a country would lower its arithmetic density by
adelina 88 [10]

Answer:

C.

Explanation:

Hi, fellow AP Human Geographer. Basically, all that arithmetic density means the total number of people per unit of land area. Having said that, we can immediately eliminate A. because increasing the population would only increase the total number of ppl. per unit of land area. Next, B. B can work, theoretically; however, there is a better answer. Next, D. D. says limiting the number of farmers; while this will technically reduce the number of ppl. per unit of land area, again there is a better answer. Next, E. I'd say this is the toughest choice; however, by increasing the area of urban areas, it can end up attracting more people instead. Overall, the best answer would be C., limiting the size of the population.
