The answer would be option B "Chemical energy." Photosynthesis is the process plants use to make their food so in this case they will convert solar energy into chemical energy which is food. Chemical energy are basically old elements being made into new elements for example burning paper, it will change into as which is a chemical change. But converting solar energy into chemical energy is a plant making produce. Like, a apple tree growing apples.
