Answer:

(1) IT MAKES IT EASIER TO UNDERSTAND.

(2) IT HELPS TO ARRIVE AT THE POSSIBLE ROOT CAUSE AND OUTCOME.

(3) IT SHOWS RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FACTORS.

SITUATION IN LIFE

When Determining the Relationship between my height and my weight.

BMI=WEIGHT/HEIGHT*HEIGHT.

BMI is the dependent variable

Weight and height are independent variables.

Step-by-step explanation: Mathematical representation of data or information is a very important strategy applied to solve certain Complex problems.

Mathematical representation helps to make Complex data or information easily understood,it helps one to derive the possible root cause and outcomes of problems,it also shows Relationship between various treatments or variables or drugs applied in solving problems example in treatment of Diseases.

BMI(BODY MASS INDEX) is a life situation where I have used Mathematical representation to solve, it used to show how your height and weight is related.

Independent variables are variables that do not cause any changes t other variables when altered.

Dependent variables are variables which can cause change in a situation when altered.

In this case BMI depends on The weight and height of a person, while the Weight and height of a person are independent on the BMI.

agasfer [191]

Answer:

A) m < 7

Step-by-step explanation:

4m – 3(m + 1) – 4 < 0

Distribute the 3

4m -3m -3-4<0

m-7 <0

Add 7 to each side

m-7+7 <0+7

m<7

*6. Five brothers each bought two hot dogs & a bag of chips. If the chips
Oxana [17]
D- 1.65 per hot dog

Take the amount of the bag of chips which is 1.25 and multiply it by 5 because that’s how many people there are and they each bought one bag
1.25 x 5= 6.25
Next you want to subtract that amount from the total so we can just have the amount of money spent on hot dogs
22.27-6.25=16.50
Then you want to divide 16.50 by 5 because they all bought the same amount of hot dogs and this will get us to the amount of to hot dogs
16.50/5=3.30
Finally you want to divide 3.30 by 2 which will get us the price for 1 hot dog
3.30/2=1.65

There you go!!
