Wind pollination or anemophily is a process of distribution of pollen grains by wind.

Among the options given, A. Dandelion, because it is wind pollinated is the correct option. This is because pollen are small fine particles which can be blown by air. They may enter the nostrils with the respirable air and may cause allergy and even respiratory obstruction.
