In many ancient societies, sports and athletics were not practiced. People had more important things to do.. like survive! The fact that the Greeks were so into sports showed one of the ways in which they were an advanced society. It also is interesting to note that, in many cases, after many ancient societies got to this point where they were able to enjoy entertainment, their empire or society collapsed.

Although you did not include the options of the question, we can answer the following.

The metaethical theory that holds that morality is subjective and grounded in attitudes is the theory of Metaethical Relativism. In this branch of philosophy and ethics, philosophers focus on moral judgment as a matter of study. Specifically, Metaethical Relativism focuses on the behavior and conduct of humans, taking into consideration the fact that people express moral judgments from their own personal background or trying to fit into the standards of society. From social conventionalism and self-belief systems, people stereotype and express moral and ethical judgments.
