Your question doesn't show options but the most unhealthy fat is trans fat, you can identify which foods have trans fats by looking at the ingredient list for ingredients that are "partially hydrogenated" the nutritional info will usually list the trans fat content as 0grams, but you have to look at the serving size and ingredients

many americans ingest too many fats, sugar, salt, and high caloric foods and too little fiber and othe nutrients. What is the pr
vampirchik [111]
I can think of some reasons

1) Foods with too many fats, sugar, salt, and high caloric foods, generally taste better than other foods like veggies or other healthy options. We naturally have a sweet tooth as a survival instinct, so we naturally crave those types of foods and satisfies our Reward System in our brains

2) Think of fast food vs. Grocery shopping. Which is cheaper? Fast food is simply cheaper, faster, and more convenient than cooking something healthy at home or eating with family. Americans are so busy and many low-income families simply cannot afford to eat healthily.

those are some reasons I hope this helps :)

AURORKA [14]

Many people associate the term "low-fat" with health or healthy foods. Some nutritious foods, such as fruits and vegetables, are naturally low in fat. However, processed low-fat foods often contain a lot of sugar and other unhealthy ingredients.
