i think that the most challenging aspect of soccer from a social aspect would be how unpopular the sport is in a country like the united states. the unpopularity of soccer might impact how people in our society view the activity by making people think that soccer is a lame activity/sport that no one (or barely anyone) watches. people could also think that there are not many fans of soccer.

For instance in football, the players use their hands because it is an easier tactic since they use their hands everyday. In baseball they use their hands for the same reason.
