If an object is dropped from a tall building and it hits the ground 3.0 s later, what is the velocity of the object when it hits
ikadub [295]

Answer:

-29.4 m/s

Explanation:

Initial velocity is 0 m/s.

Acceleration is -9.8 m/s².

Time is 3.0 s.

v = at + v₀

v = (-9.8)(3.0) + 0

v = -29.4 m/s

What does aliens need to survive on Jupiter?
Gre4nikov [31]

If you only asked me what does an animal need to survive in my house,
I couldn't answer that one either, until you tell me what animal you're
talking about.

Now you want to talk about aliens, of which #1): We have no evidence
that they even exist, and #2): If they do exist,we have no idea what kind
of a planet they live on, and #3): We have no idea what the environment
might be like on that planet.

So, to answer your question, I would say this:

In order to survive on Jupiter, an alien species would need exactly the
same things that Earthly humans would need there ... They would need
some set of materials and devices that could be used to duplicate the
conditions of atmosphere, temperature, pressure, gravitation, and
radiation in which their species evolved and to which it adapted, in
whatever place they came from.

The equation for force is F=ma. Because we have the value of mass (0.42 kg) and the acceleration (14.8 m/s^2), simply plug them into the equation for force to get
0.42 \times 14.8 = 6.22
The answer is 6.22 N because newtons are the unit used to measure force.

Mass is the inertia of object. Momentum is the inertia in motion.

Explanation:

Mass:- Mass is the measurement of inertia. Mass of an object depends upon number of atoms present in a object. its unit is kg. mass is the inertia of object.

Momentum:- It is the product of Mass And velocity.

Momentum is given by the formula P = m × v

Momentum is the inertia in motion. it increases with increase of mass , velocity or both increases.

Momentum unit is \frac{kg m}{sec}.
