The heart if made up of a couple of things 1.) is the cardiac muscle, a muscle that contracts rhythmically of its on its own 2.) A tough membranous bag, called thepericardium, it surrounds the heart, and 3.) a smoothmembrane, called the endocardium, lines the inner surface.
