Base on your question were the are proofs that is given are this are: CB bisects BD, DE bisects EC, CB=DE. So answer your question you must understand first your given statements and realize that CBD and DEC are both right triangles because they are a perpendicular segment so i conclude that the answer should be CBD=DEC because they are both right angles

Ronch [10]

Jorge mowed 18 lawns.

Let the number of lawns mowed by Jorge =x

So according to the question

Number of lawns mowed by sandra = x/3

Number of lawns mowed by Danny =x/2

Number of lawns mowed by Valeria =16

sum of total lawns mowed = lawns mowed by Jorge + lawns mowed by sandra + lawns mowed by Danny + lawns mowed by Valeria.

x+\frac{x}{3} +\frac{x}{2} +16=49

taking LCM as 6 and solving further we get

\frac{6x+2x+3x+96}{6} =49

By cross Multiplying we get

11x+96=294

11x=198

Solving further for x,

x=198/11

x=18

Therefore,  the number of lawns mowed by Jorge is 18 .

<span>Say the code only needed to be one number long. Going from 0-9, there are ten digits. Therefore, there are ten unique codes.

Now say the code has to be two numbers long. There are ten possibilities for the first digit, 0-9. But the second digit only has nine possibilities, since each number has to be different. (The first number might be 0, so the second can only go from 1-9) For each of the first ten possibilities, there are nine possibilities for the second. We multiply those two numbers together, 10 * 9, and we get 90.

Now we just extend the logic. The third number only has eight possibilities, while the fourth number only has seven. 10 * 9 * 8 * 7 = 5040 possible codes. I hope this helped! has a great day! :)</span>
