Answer:

There are  two types of Meiosis that are carried on by human- Meiosis I and Meiosis II.

Explanation:

Generally, Meiosis I is Reductional division and Meiosis II is Equational division. During first Meiotic division, a diploid cell divides (2n) into haploid daughter (n) cells. For this reason this division is called as  reductional division. But in Meiosis II the number of daughter cell remains the same as received at the end of the first stage.
