A mutation occurs that causes a defect in the development of skeletal muscle. The mutation would likely have occurred inside <u>the alpha skeletal muscle cells</u> in order to produce this defect which is then lead to a more weak body structure.
The mutation basically occurs as a defect inside the muscle cells genes which results in a more different sequence of contraction and relaxation for the living being.
However, it can be then characterized by lose of potential for the skeletal cells to with stand as high pressure points inside the given parameters.
The mesoderm is one of the three germinal layers that appears in the third week of embryonic development. It is formed through a process called gastrulation. There are three important components, the paraxial mesoderm, the intermediate mesoderm and the lateral plate mesoderm.
Paraxial mesoderm, also known as presomitic or somitic mesoderm is the area of mesoderm in the neurulating embryo that flanks and forms simultaneously with the neural tube. The cells of this region give rise to somites, blocks of tissue running along both sides of the neural tube, which form muscle and the tissues of the back, including connective tissue and the dermis.
The clamshell shaped cavity is a mold fossil owing to the fact that the clamshell died, its body deteriorated but while it is deteriorating it is being covered by sediment. As a result when the clamshell completely disappears it will leave an impression on the sediment, in other words, it is a mold of the prehistoric clamshell.
