For example, people with liberal philosophies tend to want more government involvement in their everyday lives, which led them to want government to formulate social norms such as legality of gay marriage and higher taxes, meanwhile those with conservative philosophies tend to want less government in their live, which led them to wanting government to goes back to the constitution and impose lower taxes.</span>
