Answer: The region that lies between the tropical and the polar region is commonly considered as the cool temperate deciduous forest. The forest existing in this region are exposed to the cold as well as warm air masses. Here the temperature is very mild, an average of about 10-15° C and the region receives annual precipitation of about 700-1500 mm per year.

                This region experiences four types of seasons such as winter, spring, summer and fall.
