Sleep is very important and affects how we make decisions. When we don’t get enough sleep, we are more likely to make bad decisions and put ourselves at risk for an injury. For example, driving a car while not getting enough sleep can increase your chance of getting into a car accident. Not getting enough sleep can also make someone irritable, weaken the immune system, and put you are risk for other health problems such as a stroke.

What role do protein, carbohydrates, and fat play in keeping the body healthy.
EastWind [94]

Answer:

"Carbohydrates are used for energy (glucose). Fats are used for energy after they are broken into fatty acids. Protein can also be used for energy, but the first job is to help with making hormones, muscle, and other proteins. Broken down into glucose, used to supply energy to cells. Your body uses amino acids to build and repair muscles and bones and to make hormones and enzymes. They can also be used as an energy source."

This is from uofmhealth.org I hope this helps

Explanation:

Basically:

Carbs=energy

Fats= turned into acid then energy

Protein= turned into amino acids and repairs your body/also energy if needed.
