Sleep is very important and affects how we make decisions. When we don’t get enough sleep, we are more likely to make bad decisions and put ourselves at risk for an injury. For example, driving a car while not getting enough sleep can increase your chance of getting into a car accident. Not getting enough sleep can also make someone irritable, weaken the immune system, and put you are risk for other health problems such as a stroke.

Jorge has been feeling sluggish and having trouble concentrating in class. Which of these options would help him regain focus in
Yuliya22 [10]
If jorge is feeling sluggish and having trouble concentrating in class, he should (option A) go to sleep earlier. So he could have enough amount of time to sleep (between 8 and 9 hours depending on each person), his brain and body would rest properly and he is going to feel better in the morning. If he does this every day and respect his night sleep, he won´t have any of these problems in the future.
