Use your Calculator there is a way you can find simplest form, every calculator has a different way of finding it, if you don't get a result that means it can't be simplified but, for this question 123/30 can be simplified to 41/10 and, if it's a decimal then it would be 4.1 and if you want to turn it into a percentage then it's 410% :) sorry for writing so much.
