Which statement explains how the Tenth Amendment differs from the rest of the Bill of Rights?
kotegsom [21]

B. The Tenth Amendment protects the powers of states, rather than individual liberties.

Explanation:

Most of the Bill of Rights goes over and protects individual liberties, like freedom of speech, the right to bear arms, protection of unreasonable searches, etc. This is where the Tenth Amendment differs.

The Tenth Amendment grants any and all of the powers that are not reserved to the national government, to the states. This was very important, as many people during this time were scared of tyranny and were nervous about the national government having too much power. While things are still reserved for the government, the states have the power to do the rest.

Why is my friend justin cracked at fortnite?
Cloud [144]

Answer:

Because he is taken.

Explanation:

My interpretation of this philosophical clip is that Justin, the boy’s friend is “taken” by the grips of the video game Fortnite. We are following Justin’s is in a downward spiral into addiction. Eventually, his previously mentioned friend exclaims he is “cracked” at Fortnite. Now, this can be given many meanings, however the one that stuck out most to me is that eventually, Justin hits rock bottom, and cracks. Now, at this point Justin’s friend, who seems to be narrating Justin’s descent into madness makes abhorrent moaning noises. To me, this represents what is happening in Justin’s mind. He can’t escape his crippling Fortnite addiction. He doesn’t even gain happiness from playing anymore, yet he can’t stop. The moaning noises aren’t indicative of sexual pleasure, but cries for help.

How did the transportation revolution affect migration patterns in the United States?
Shkiper50 [21]

Answer:

A chain of paths, waterways, and railways was built.

Explanation:

The National Road that was built for moving faster. Paths were costly to develop and sustain, so people appeared up with the plan to construct canals. Stream travel has several benefits over carriage and horse driving, remarkable examples were that the trip was a lot quieter, and explorers could store their goods on barfs if they were traveling downstream. The Erie Canal, onward with other canals, executed it a lot inexpensive to carry goods. At first, engines were towed by horses until the first steam-powered engine began running. The opening of railroads supported for grain livestock, and farm goods to flow straight from the Midwest to East. The railroads further created the four time zones, because of the required time affinity for areas in railroad moving.
