Answer: in America there are 3 branches namely the legislative, judicial and executive branches

Explanation: The executive branch is headed by the President and has no dependency on the legislative branch. Legislative power lies in two chambers of Congress, namely the Senate and the House of Representatives. The judicial branch (or judiciary), consisting of the Supreme Court and the lower federal courts, exercises judicial (or judicial) powers. The function of the judiciary is to interpret the federal constitution and laws and regulations in force in the United States. This resolves disputes between the executives and legislative branches.
