Some of the syntoms of Schizophrenia refer to the demostration of feelings and emotions, the lack of showing emotions. In developing countrys this particular aspect of a person is not so rare and for that reason this has less severe long term outcomes. While in western countries, where people are more affective and show and expect other people to show emotions, this can bring them more severe long term outcomes.
