y defeat the terrorists who threaten us? If so, specifically, which civil liberties would you as a citizen be willing to give up? Explain why the absence of these civil liberties would give the U.S. Government an advantage over the terrorists. If you are unwilling to give up any civil liberties, what tools do you propose that the U.S. Government use in combating terrorism while executing its responsibility to provide for the health, safety, and morals of the overall population?
