Answer:

option E. Mineral

Explanation:

Carbohydrates include starch and sugars that is present in fruits, milk products and vegetables. These are rich source of energy as body cells uses carbohydrates to generate ATP with the help of cellular respiration.

Fats helps to provide energy and growth of cells. Fat food includes fish, egg, and cheese that not only provides energy but also help in insulation and organ protection. Food like meat, nuts are rich in proteins and helps in transport of substances, act as hormones and provides energy.

Vegetables are rich in nutrients and folic acid present in some vegetable helps in RBCs production. Minerals are not directly involved for energy production but helps to use energy from fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Thus, Option E is correct.

Why are there no carriers with dominant pedigrees?
elena-14-01-66 [18.8K]
You can't have a carrier with a dominant pedigree because other wise than individual or organism would be afflicted by the gene and render them incapable of being a carrier. A carrier is an individual/organism that has a normal phenotype (meaning it is not afflicted by said gene) but is carrying the gene that could cause disease or whatever the affect may be. In this case the gene would have to be homozygous recessive to be expressed. Hopefully this helps!

All the gametes of isogamous organisms are genetically identical.

True
False
Lady bird [3.3K]

Answer:

False

Explanation:

Gametes are formed by meiotic division, and classified by shape, size and activity. In some species they are undifferentiated, that is, isogamous, resembling, but not identical, regardless of gender. However, most species have heterogeneous gametes (anisogamy), differentiated by morphological, dimensional and mobility aspects.

Mutualism is the doctrine that mutual dependence is necessary to social well-being.

I would say D: Commensalism. Both fish can survive without each other.
