Triangle- interior angle<br> Please help !
sp2606 [1]

Answer:

x = 25

<B = 120 degrees

<C = 30 degrees

Step-by-step explanation:

Total angle measure of a triangle - 180 degrees

Add all the angles together to find the value of x

30 + 4x + 20 + x + 5 = 180

55 + 5x = 180

55 - 55 + 5x = 180 - 55

5x = 125

\frac{5x}{5} = \frac{125}{5}

x = 25

<B = 4(25) + 20

<B = 100 + 20

<B = 120

<C = 25 + 5

<C = 30

In the drawing below, label the distances given for the peak you chose
earnstyle [38]
Notice the larger triangle is a right-triangle, and the small one is also a right-triangle.  Also notice the "angle tickmark" on each.  So both angles have a pair of angles that are equal on each.

the triangles are similar by AA.

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

If we draw this triangle with Q as the vertex angle (the one at the top of the triangle) then the 2 sides are congruent and this is an iosceles triangle. Because this is an isosceles triangle, then the 2 base angles, angle R and angle S are congruent. If Q measures 114 degrees, then angles R and S together have to add up to the difference between 180 and 114:

180 - 114 = 66

Divide that in half so R = S = 33 degrees each
