Cardiac arrhythmia increases the risk of coronary problems such as infarction and stroke. Cocaine generates a lot of adrenaline, generates increased pressure, increased heart rate and respiration, cardiac overload and thus has less blood reaching the heart and brain. For this reason, we can say that one of the long-term effects of using cocaine is stroke.
