Alex17521 [72]

Answer:

When the body is stressed, muscles tense up. Muscle tension is almost a reflex reaction to stress—the body’s way of guarding against injury and pain.

With sudden onset stress, the muscles tense up all at once, and then release their tension when the stress passes. Chronic stress causes the muscles in the body to be in a more or less constant state of guardedness. When muscles are taut and tense for long periods of time, this may trigger other reactions of the body and even promote stress-related disorders.

Explanation:

For example, both tension-type headache and migraine headache are associated with chronic muscle tension in the area of the shoulders, neck and head. Musculoskeletal pain in the low back and upper extremities has also been linked to stress, especially job stress.

Choose a particular strategy used for either offense or defense in a sport of your choice. Describe the strategy and explain wha
Brrunno [24]
I'm football when a team is on the defense they often go into a formation known as zone. When in this formation, each player covers a certain area. This way instead of having to cover a specific player, they have the ability to cover multiple players of the opposing team, point them out to their teammates, and better predict where/how the opposing team will move or what they plan to do. Although this isn't the most effective position for protecting from runs, it is very effective at protecting from passes. This is because when in zone formation, the defense is mostly playing the field, meaning they are almost all in the field preventing the Quarterback from making effective passing plays.
