Mathematics

6 0

Answer:

72

Step-by-step explanation:

<1 and <2 are not equal to each other

Let the angle  directly above angle 2 (on the right side of the line) be angle 3

<1 and <3 are corresponding angle, which means they are equal

<2 and <3 are supplementary angles since the form a line

<2 + <3 = 180

We know <1 = <3

<1 + <3 = 180

We are given <1 = 2x+12  and <2 = 3x+18

2x+12 + 3x+18 = 180

Combine like terms

5x+30 = 180

Subtract 30 from each side

5x+30-30 = 180-30

5x= 150

Divide each side by 5

5x/5 = 150/5

x=30

<1 = 2x+12

Substitute 30 in for x to find angle 1

   = 2*30 +12

   =60+12

  = 72

PLEASE HELP ME PLSSSS I WILL MARK YOUR BRAINLIEST Kalie puts 6 stickers on her desk. Each sticker is 1/2 centimeters wide by 3/5
Damm [24]

Answer:

Total area: 9/5 square cm, or in decimal form 1.8 square cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Notice that each sticker is 1/2 cm by 3/5 cm, therefore they area is 1/2 times 3/5 = 3/10  square cm.

since she uses 6 of them, we need to multiply the area of each by 6 in order to get the total area:

6 times 3/10 = 18/10 square cm = 9/5 square cm or in decimal form 1.8 square cm

Identify whether the series is a convergent or divergent geometric series and find the sum, if possible. A) This is a convergent
Darya [45]
A divergent series is a type of series in which the ratio is too large and the summation is held from one to infinity. Hence, the sum could not be found out. A convergent series, on the other hand, has a definite answer because one could be the ratio is small and the lower and upper limits are defined not equal to infinity either positive or negative.

Genevieve works on her scrapbook from 11:27 am to 11:58 am. How many minutes does she work on her scrapbook
Mnenie [13.5K]

Answer:

31

Step-by-step explanation:

time is tricky due to the 60 minute interface. In those questions add to the lower number until you hit a rounded number.

Fortunately you don't need to use this in this problem, and can just subtract 58-27 to get 31
