Answer:

C. Some schools have done away with student newspapers, blocked the publication of yearbooks, and censored the content of student-based Web pages.

Explanation:

Hazelwood v. Kuhlmeier case revolved around a school journalist who sued the school district since the school forced the journalist to stop covering certain type of stories that 'might ruin the school's reputation'

The student journalist argued to the court that the school has violated his first amendment right (the right to give free speech).

At first, the court actually sided with the school. This make some schools start to heavily censored students' newspaper, yearbooks, and web pages.

The decision eventually overturned in 2018.

DochEvi [55]

Answer:

Supreme Court's decision reinforced the idea of federal supremacy which said that the national government had higher authority than the states.

Explanation:

 • The Constitution of the United States, for several reasons like that of safeguarding of national and integrity, dispenses more power and authority to the federal government so that it can not only supervise the functioning of the state governments but also cease them from making laws that do not comply with the federal laws of the constitution.
 • The Supreme Court's decision clarified that the Constitution enumerates the federal government to be supreme in the comparison of powers between the state and the federal governments.

In terms of health and life expectancy between men and women, what is "the great equalizer"?
sammy [17]

Answer:

The correct answer to the following question will be "Smoking".

Explanation:

 • Smoking will also be the "big or great equalizer" for women who have suffered from heart failure. Men typically get a much-increased chance of developing heart problems among non-smokers versus girls who haven't already infertile.
 • Part of the whole success might be attributed to robust public awareness initiatives aimed at educating people about cigarette smoke's toxic contaminants and stopping teenagers from ever becoming addicts.
