Henry VIII was born on June 28,1491, Greenwich near London,England.He was a king of England who presided over the beginnings of the English Renaissance and the English reformation.He had total of six wives including Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn,Jane Seymour,Anne of Cleves,Catherine Howard and Catherine Parr. He was witty and highly educated taught by private tutors for his entire upbringing.He loved music and wrote some as wrll. A lover of gambling and jousting,he hosted countless tournaments and banquests.From 1514 to 1529 ,henru VIII had relied on Thomas Welsey,a Catholic Cardinal to guide his domestic and foreign policies. In 1534,Henry VIII declared himself supreme head of Church of England. On January 28,1547 at the age of 55,Henry died.
