The Ohio Constitution lays out a three-part government with legislative, executive, and judicial branches, similar to the US Constitution, but the Ohio Constitution has a stronger legislative branch compared to the executive. Another big difference in government structure is the way that the members of government are elected. The Ohio Constitution relies more on direct democracy, or people electing leaders directly, rather than electing the electors, like for the President.

I hope this helps!

A Christian worldview has the stamp of reason and reality and can stand the test both of history and experience. Every chapter in this book is predicated on a Christian view of things, a view of the world which cannot be infringed upon, or accepted or rejected piecemeal, but stands or falls in its integrity. Such a wholistic approach offers a stability of thought, a unity of comprehensive insight which bears not only on the religious sphere, but on the whole of thought. A Christian worldview is not built on two types of truth (religious and philosophical or scientific), but on a universal principle and all-embracing system that shapes religion, natural and social sciences, law, history, healthcare, the arts, the humanities, and all disciplines of study with application for all of life.

Explanation:

It is a common technique used in cinema to paste one person's voice over another to produce a desirable effect including the emulation of a proper voice for a specific role as is the case here.

This was done to be as authentic about Welles' voice as was possible and not to break the immersion of the audience watching the film and familiar with Orson Welles.
