The first step to become a registered nurse is to successfully complete an accredited nurse program in the category of diploma, associate degree or a bachelor’s degree. The second step is to sit and pass the NCLEX-RN exam with a mark of over 70%. This should be followed by obtaining a state license that varies from state to state. Fourth, a person should be employed and start practicing as a registered nurse. Lastly it is advisable that after obtaining the registration, a nurse should pursue additional training and education.

If the doctor is both of y'all doctors then yes. But if it is only your personal doctor then no because that is your personal matter, your doctor have to ask you first before giving the test result to your spouse.
