To me, mental health is very messed up in this generation. I feel as if social media/internet severely impacts mental health. I've seen many teenagers and adults turn to the internet out of hopes to get positivity and amazing feedback. Eventually, that individual relies on it too much and It becomes a problem. An easy way to think of it is candy. It's not good for you, but It tastes so good! And you keep eating.. and eating. Both are terrible habits which are hard to get out of.
All in all, mental health is just as important as physical health. If anything, more important.
Eat healthy, sleep 9+ hours, and have a good mind set.
