Hi !!

Glucose is a simple sugar, called as well "monosaccharide" that is naturally found in fruits, vegetables.....

It's absolutely necessary to  human body. It's the main source of energy in our body.

<em>70 % of the glucose of our blood is used by the brain...</em>

Its formula is C₆H₁₂O₆ which means 6 carbon atoms, 12 hydrogen atoms and 8 oxygen atoms linked together.
