These two angles have equal measure, so you have
2x² = 10x

The measure of arc AB is twice the measure of either inscribed angle, so would be
arc AB = 2×10x
= 2×10×5
= 100 . . . . . degrees

I believe your answer is -0.25n+0.75
I believe the first quartile would be 24 and the third would be 8. Sorry if this wasn't correct. I haven't done this in a while.
