Physical activity can reduce risk of health diseases and even reduce stress which benefits your mental and emotional health. Also, by maintaining healthy physical health, it will also improve body image. Which gives you confidence. Confidence is important in your mental/emotional health because it’s important to feel good about yourself, and it benefits your social health because with confidence, you tend to become more outgoing or get along with people faster/easier.
