Well, the second point's coordinates are (6,12)

The first point's coordinates are (3,21)

The slope intercept form would be (12-21) / (6-3) which is -3.

The point slope form would be y - 21 = -3(x - 3)

His delivery time decreased by 3 minutes.

Hope this helps!

Hi There!

Slope Intercept Form: y = mx + b

Point Slope Form: y - y1 = m(x - x1)

Part A:

Find the slope:

y2 - y1/x2 - x1 = m

12 - 21/3 - 6 = -9/-3 = 3

Slope = 3

Slope Intercept Form: y = 3x + 29

Point Slope Form: y - 21 = 3(x - 3)

Part B:

When scott started on Day 1 he was delivering packages every 29 minutes. By the time he reached Day 10 was delivering packages every 2 minutes. Im not entirely sure about this part.

Hope This helps :)

The length of time taken on the SAT for a group of students is normally distributed with a mean of 2.5 hours and a standard devi
son4ous [18]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Since the length of time taken on the SAT for a group of students is normally distributed, we would apply the formula for normal distribution which is expressed as

z = (x - u)/s

Where

x = length of time

u = mean time

s = standard deviation

From the information given,

u = 2.5 hours

s = 0.25 hours

We want to find the probability that the sample mean is between two hours and three hours.. It is expressed as

P(2 lesser than or equal to x lesser than or equal to 3)

For x = 2,

z = (2 - 2.5)/0.25 = - 2

Looking at the normal distribution table, the probability corresponding to the z score is 0.02275

For x = 3,

z = (3 - 2.5)/0.25 = 2

Looking at the normal distribution table, the probability corresponding to the z score is 0.97725

P(2 lesser than or equal to x lesser than or equal to 3)

= 0.97725 - 0.02275 = 0.9545

HELP PLEASE IM STUCK!
Artist 52 [7]

Answer:

b) f(x) = x + 6

Step-by-step explanation:

The coordinate (0, 6) makes the y-intercept = 6. Only one of these functions has that intercept: f(x) = x + 6. If you plug in each coordinate the outputted y-value matches up, making this the right answer.
