The ecosystem that would most likely have a very high net primary productivity is a tropical rain forest. This type of an ecosystem is characterized by constant temperature, high annual rainfall, nutrient-poor soil, and high levels of diversity. The level of humidity and density of the vegetation give the ecosystem a unique water and nutrient cycle.

Which of the following methods might be used to decrease the rate of approach to carrying capacity by the developed world?
Lelechka [254]

decrease resource use

Explanation:

A decrease resource use is one method that might be used to decrease the rate of approach to carrying capacity by the developed world.

A carrying capacity is the amount of people a particular place can sustain.

  • Resources available in a place plays a very central role in determining the carrying capacity of a place.
  • Resource availability limits population to a large extent.
  • Developed nations are resource based systems.
  • If there is a decrease in how resources are used, it can lead to scarcity of certain products that are in need.
  • Some industries will not operate optimally.
  • In the end, people will migrate for better opportunities in some other places.
  • This will further reduce the rate of approach to carrying capacity.

Question in the picture.
julsineya [31]

The unusual thing about this is that all of their offspring should've been dark brown in colour but instead was light tan. This should've been impossible because light tan is a recessive trait, meaning both parents must pass on the recessive allele but since none of the male snakes carried this allele, how could any of his children be light tan?
