One way is to round to the nearest ten first then subtract. 1
Another way is to round to the nearest hundred then subtract. 2
And one more way is to subtract then round to the nearest ten. 3
The last way is to subtract then round to the nearest hundred. 4

Example of #1 - 590-320 = 270
Example of #2 - 600-300 = 300
Example of #3 - 586-321 = 265 = 270
Example of #4 - 586-321 = 265 = 300

All of these should work it just depends on what your teacher wants. Choose any of the examples.

HOPE THIS HELPED :)

The formula to covert F to C Is C=5/9(F-32 convert 50C to F
Leviafan [203]
So, the formula is C=5/9(F-32)
You would substitute the 50C for C:
   50 = 5/9 (F - 32)
Divide both sides by 5/9 (or multiply by the reciprocal)
   90 = F - 32
Add the 32 to both sides:
   122 = F
So, 50C = 122F

A 120 watt light bulb uses about 0.1 kilowatt of electricity per hour.if electricity costs $0.20 per kilowatt hour. Let's solve how much does it cost to have a bulb on for an hour. => 120 watt = 0.1 kilowatt per hour which costs 0.20 per kilowatt per => 0.1 kilowatt per hour * 0.20 = 0.02 dollars in an hour.
