This isn't really a question but the effect that the question describes is the effect observed in Albert Bandura's Bobo Doll Experiment.

It highlights the power of observational learning on behavior. Showcased by how children reenacted violence they had seen previously enacted upon a doll, Bandura highlighted this effect and great influence from observation.

Answer:Trained incapacity

Explanation:

Trained incapacity refers to an education , training and experience that causes an individual to have a limited thinking because they can't go beyond a set of constraints that has been for installed in their minds.

There are several types of trained incapacity

Bureaucrats & Rules

Bureaucrats may have a limited or constrained thinking when they deal with a process outside a set of rules.

What do you make of mr dolphus raymond? do you think that his approach to dealing with racism is the correct one?
andrew11 [14]

The character of Dolphus Raymond belongs in the fictional novel "To Kill a Mockingbird" He's a privileged white man that is considered an outcast in Maycomb because he befriends black people and is even in a biracial relationship.

Even though he's fighting racial preconceptions in Maycomb, he's not doing it in a courageous way. He fakes an alcohol addiction so he can be around his partner and other black people but the truth is that he doesn't even drink. He took a cowardly way to confront racism in his town.

Hope this helps!
