2) A hot air balloon is a lighter-than-air aircraft consisting of a bag, called an envelope, which contains heated air. Suspended beneath is a gondola or wicker basket (in some long-distance or high-altitude balloons, a capsule), which carries passengers and a source of heat. The heated air inside the envelope makes it buoyant since it has a lower density than the colder air outside the envelope.

a) Hot air balloons can travel up to 40,000 feet, however humans would start to die at 10,000 feet. This level of the atmosphere is called the Troposphere.

b)The heated air inside the envelope makes it buoyant since it has a lower density than the colder air outside the envelope. As with all aircraft, hot air balloons cannot fly beyond the atmosphere. The envelope does not have to be sealed at the bottom, since the air inside the envelope there is at about the same pressure as the surrounding air.

Suggest why having only very few leaves could be both an advantage and a disadvantage to a plant
xenn [34]
Plants make their food in their leaves. And need sun for this process, so smaller and fewer leaves means less sun for photosynthesis, and it also means less food to nourish the plant.
