Because there is a difficulty in quantifying, putting in numbers, the value of community and cooperative organizations. So the conclusion is simple: If you can not quantify you can not measure and if there is difficulty in quantifying, there is the same difficulty in measuring.

Because when you're talking about 'community organizations' and 'cooperatives' it's very hard to define what the quantifiable outcome that you want to measure would be. This leads to difficulties in determining the value of a certain organization such as these two.

The cross section below shows a sea breeze
KIM [24]

The cross section talked about has been attached.

Answer:

B: 1017 mb

Explanation:

In explaining sea and land breezes, during the day, the sun usually heats up both the land and ocean surface. Now, Water is a very good absorber of the energy from the sun while the land also absorbs a lot of the sun’s energy. With that being said, water in the ocean gets hot at a much more slower rate than that of land and as a result, the air above the land will be warmer when compared to the air directly above the ocean.

This warm air over the land usually rises all through the day thereby causing low pressure at it's surface. Whereas, high surface pressure will form over the ocean due to it's the colder air.

Thus, the air pressure at the ocean surface is will be more than the given 1013 mb on the land surface and looking at the options, the only one that is more than 1013 mb is 1017 mb

Surge protection, is the right answer.

Explanation:

A surge protector is a device invented to protect the electrical appliances from voltage spikes. And the protection given by this device to the electrical appliances is called surge protection. A surge protector helps us to check the degradation of internal microprocessors in our electronic appliances. At the time when the voltage approaches a high point, surge protectors re-route the additional voltage with the help of a pressure-sensitive valve and thus provide protection to our devices.
