. During the testing period, you and your staff discover that the EHR system does not comply with applicable federal privacy and security standards. Pressure is mounting to deploy the system in the near future. What ethical issues should you consider? How should you proceed?
is this a college question ? (just curious ) but the Ethical issues I believe you should consider is , is the EHR system harming anyone in the process of it being used (also its surroundings ex; is it environmental friendly ?) also is it a good way to store health information in the office and knowing that it does not hold up to federal privacy & security standards are you still willing to test it out? . the way you should proceed is understand WHY its not part of the standards that are set and not Finish proceeding at all because you may just be risking you're job
